Back to shopWant to return a product? First sign in to your customer portal, then open Orders and click "Request return" on the correct order. This lets us process the correct order and items right away.
Shipping costs and responsibility for returns
Return shipments are at the customer's own expense and risk. We recommend an insured shipping method.
Exceptions
The following products can NOT be returned:
- Products that have been or are already installed.
- Used products.
- Products customized at the customer's request.
- Electrical parts or accessories.
- Products ordered at the customer's request.
Cooling-off period
Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period, starting from the day the product was received.
Open customer portal (Orders)
First sign in to your customer portal. Then go to Orders and click "Request return" on the correct order. You can also track your return status there.
