Returns

In case you are not satisfied, we will do everything to make you satisfied. You can therefore always contact us. If you want to return your product, that is of course possible. You can get your money back or receive another product. If the items have not yet been sent, you can receive a full refund of the purchase amount and shipping costs. Once the order has been shipped, you are only eligible for the purchase amount of the products.

Shipping costs and responsibility for return shipment

The shipping costs associated with the return of the product will be borne by the buyer. In the event of dissolution within the trial period, Tesland will refund the purchase amount paid by the buyer within 14 days after the order has been returned, provided that the return conditions have been met. Tesland expressly advises customers to send return shipments registered, insured and properly packaged within the trial period. You must enclose a copy of the purchase invoice with the items to be returned. Indicate the reason for return and how you want to receive your purchase amount back or want to receive another item. The responsibility for the correct return shipment lies with the buyer / customer. It is important to keep the proof of shipment, which states the track & trace details of the return.

Exceptions

The following products can NOT be returned:

- Products that are already or have been installed.

- Used products.

- Electric car parts.

- Products that are adapted on customer request.

- Products that are not standard products that we supply, but that we have ordered at your request.

Trial period

Unless otherwise indicated, the buyer has the right after receipt of the order for a period of 14 days to dissolve the purchase agreement without giving reasons and to return the order within the same period.

The buyer also has the right to notify Tesland within a period of 14 days after receipt of the order that he wishes to dissolve the purchase agreement and return his order without having to state reasons. The buyer has 14 days from the moment he makes his wish to return known to return the order.

If the buyer wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal, he must only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether the buyer wishes to keep the product. During this period, the buyer will handle the product and the packaging with care. The buyer will return the product with all accessories supplied and, insofar as possible, in the original condition and packaging to Tesland. Naturally, the items must be returned unused, undamaged, complete and in the original packaging in such a condition that they can be sold again. If this is not the case, we are entitled to charge costs.
